You can never go wrong with this place. Their dishes brilliantly combine authentic Italian flavors with a touch of Peruvian influence, and the portions are generous. We ordered grilled Ceviche with stone pot, and lomo mare risotto. The food is honest and substantial—not flashy for the sake of it, but crafted with genuine care and refined detail. Service is excellent as well. This is definitely a restaurant I’ll keep coming back to—a true hidden gem in the city!

Salve Luigui is a pasta restaurant with a very nice and cozy atmosphere. The decor, featuring many bottles hanging from the ceiling, gives it an original and attractive touch that catches your eye as soon as you walk in.nnThe food was generally good; you can tell they use fresh ingredients. The dishes are hearty, and one dish can be shared by two people!nThe ravioli with Bolognese sauce I ordered was a bit acidic for my taste. I think it would have been helpful if the staff had recommended what type of sauce would pair best with the pasta or filling we chose, as that would have further enhanced the experience.nnThe drinks were very good; the tinto de verano was sweet and tasted like orange, and the red fruit tea was very aromatic.nnEven so, it's a nice place to go for homemade pasta and have a good time. I would return to try other combinations and perhaps receive better guidance when ordering.

A highly recommended Italian-Peruvian fusion dish, especially the ceviche and seafood.

Formerly San Ceferino, it hasn't lost its magic or the quality of its dishes.nThe daughter of the first owner is now the chef in charge of the kitchen, with a very good menu and excellent quality.nFor a family lunch or dinner, or for a special occasion, this place is the best.
