We had dinner reservations on February 13th at 6pm. The service was great when we first arrived. They got us bread, wine and appetizers. We then ordered our entrees. We ate our entrees and sat there for about 20 minutes with dirty dishes and empty wine glasses and not a single server stopped by our table. It was almost like they forgot about us. After about 25 minutes we just got up and left. They never asked us if we needed more wine or if we wanted dessert. The main reason I'm leaving this review is because my fiance was very excited to try the desserts but did not even get them off her to her. Very unprofessional. Even McDonald's asks you if you want an apple pie after you order your hamburger. The most frustrating part is that we live 4,000 miles away and this was a once-in-a-lifetime chance to go to this restaurant. The poor service really ruined the entire experience. I still gave it three stars because the food that we didn't get was excellent and I hate leaving this bad review.nOverall it was a very disappointing experience. We have never received service this bad even in regular everyday restaurants. How do you forget a table in such a small venue?nHow is that considered fine dinning when the service is atrocious?nWe are very disappointed with the service at Lucca!!!

A magical night. Everything is excellent from the delicious food, the personalized service and the magic show. I celebrated my birthday at this beautiful restaurant & it's a night I will never forget. Recommended 10/10.
