The delicious Italian restaurant Symposium, located in the San Isidro district, can also be enjoyed at Miraflores. The three restaurants share the same interior space with other restaurants, and at first glance from the outside you can't tell it's Symposium, but when you hear it, it's definitely the place. Drinks, pasta with tomato sauce, and dessert courses cost 28 soles until 4pm. The pasta was very tasty and satisfying. I think you'll be satisfied even if you just go for dinner.

The atmosphere very pleasant. We ordered several things to eat together, one of them was the pizza with buffalo mozzarella and prosciutto which was really very good, we also ordered a carpaccio, delicious, a flavorful salmon, supreme, and a plate of penne all'arrabiata which was also up to par.nFor dessert we ordered several tiramisu which were worth asking for more.nThe only point against it is that the live music was very loud and at times did not allow for conversation.

Pasta is a pretty simple thing to make. If you get everything wrong when making spaghetti with tomato sauce... from the type of spaghetti to the sauce (watery, with too many spices, spicy for a simple tomato dish)... then you have to start from scratch. Decent cocktail list.

Good place with a varied menu since there are three restaurants in one: HxLCDS (Burgers), Osteria Symposium (Italian) and Hibashi (Japanese). If it's Friday and you want to go somewhere to listen to music more than talk, this is the place! BONUS: They comply with good biosafety measures regarding the arrangement of tables and kitchenware.
