Terrible service. They seated us at a table, and when we asked to change, they treated us extremely poorly despite having made a reservation.nFive of us came at lunch, ordered from the premium menu, and the portions were very small.nIn short, the waiter was very rude; it was cold and the plates were small. We won't be back.

What terrible service this restaurant has!!! The man who seats you at the tables, I don't think he's a maitre d' because if it were my place I would have kicked him out, a rude guy who told me off because I went out to see if my friend was waiting for me outside. He told me that next time I had to let him know, let him know what? I'm letting you know now, king, I'm not going back to this place... how lucky OPORTO was open!!! just a few blocks away. It was never a good place, now it's worse.

I celebrated my birthday at La Madonnina and the experience was 10/10. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable: super friendly, attentive to every detail, and with the best vibes. The food was spectacular—the homemade pastas are insane.nnThe place has a warm atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable, ideal for having a good time and enjoying yourself without rushing. All the guests were delighted. I would come back a thousand times more.
