The service is good. The staff is attentive and friendly. The problem is the pretense. And the lies. The menu says the carbonara pasta doesn't have cream, that they follow the traditional recipe. In Bogotá, it's practically impossible to get a pure carbonara, like the one you can get almost anywhere in Italy, so when I saw the restaurant's menu and saw that the recipe was followed correctly, we went with enthusiasm. I won't say the pasta they brought me was bad, but it wasn't carbonara. At least it didn't have bacon, which is what carbonara is usually served with at Italian restaurants in the city. However, the menu should include all the ingredients, and not boast about being an Italian restaurant when they do this kind of thing. I hope they don't forget it. As someone who's intolerant to heavy cream, at least for tonight I won't forget it.

I've had this restaurant on my radar for a long time, and yesterday I finally went to check it out.nnThe service met all expectations.nnWe ordered fried brie (delicious but too sweet; it was hard to appreciate the cheese flavor; it felt like a spoonful of pure honey straight to my mouth).nnCarpaccio (very good).nnDifferent types of pasta (all were delicious).nnAnd a sangria to share (we liked it).nnOverall, I enjoyed the experience and would go again.

Amazing food, great service. Definitely try the pork belly with brussel sprouts, cacio e pepe pasta and tomato soup.
