I went there this week and loved it, the service was great and the dish was beautiful and delicious! Creamy rice with white sauce and top top top chicken.

Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. This place was once a benchmark for good food and service, but today it leaves much to be desired. My name was called three times to be told they had no ingredients available. Meanwhile, my husband received his dish, which went cold while mine was being prepared. To make matters worse, people who arrived after us were served first.nnWhen my dish finally arrived, the sauce was practically pure saffron, flavorless, and clearly made by someone inexperienced using only leftover ingredients. A huge disappointment, especially on a special occasion like Valentine's Day. Unfortunately, the quality and customer service have fallen by the wayside. It was a mistake to choose this place; it would have been better to opt for a fast food restaurant in the mall.nnI hope they review the service, organization, and quality of the dishes offered.

I went to Furuchos about three years ago and actually liked the pasta, but this time the experience was terrible. The pasta quantity was significantly reduced, the sauce was watery, with the taste and smell of Sazon and Knorr broth. It was like ramen noodles. Furthermore, the place is very poorly maintained. I went to the bathroom and felt like I was entering a prison, it was horrible. Unfortunately, the quality has dropped significantly. I won't be back and I won't recommend it to anyone.

Disappointment, we ordered a Yakisoba and it came with traditional noodles without sauce, without meat, without yakisoba flavor... terrible quality, I do not recommend it.

I hadn't been back to the place for about two years, and when I did, only one thing changed: the food was mediocre, with little protein, tasteless sauce, and ingredients that looked like they'd been cooking for ages.nnThe highlight is the atmosphere, which remains horrible; it looks like a store abandoned for years.nnI know Furuchos has been open for a few years, but I can't believe there wasn't enough money left for a small renovation and maintenance. Maybe this horrible environment is just a reflection of the priority.nnUpdate 02/24/2025: My girlfriend even got food poisoning after yesterday.
