We waited about two hours to get a table for Sunday lunch, and about 30 minutes after placing our order, we were informed that our order hadn't been entered into the system. They lacked empathy when they didn't respond to our complaint and were not forthcoming in resolving our issue. Could it be due to insufficient staff to cope with the increased demand? The service left much to be desired.

My experience was great. The atmosphere is super cozy, well-decorated, and ideal for dinner with family or lunch with friends. The service was impeccable, with the staff always attentive and helpful. The food is of high quality and flavor, and the dishes are beautifully presented!
