This place deserves 6 stars. The BEST food we had on the island. The sea bass was perfection. The pupusas and pastellitos were so delicious! Great to try some authentic Honduran food. The soup was FILLED with chunks of conch. I don’t recommend the conch balls, however. They are definitely on island time, so don’t expect to be in and out quickly. Beautiful spot directly on the water. We were staying at the Kimpton and it was a nice, easy walk down the beach.

We were staying in Las Rocas for 4 nights and ate dinner here 3 times. Our lodging also includes free breakfast. I ordered their lobster dinner special with free glass of white wine every time. It was a very good deal and delicious. We enjoyed our dinners. The service was variable with one of the servers not attentive. We had to ask for water several times. Other than this, it was nice to have a restaurant in our resort.

Delicious food. Absolutely horrible service. The server brought us a coconut shrimp appetizer, we (four of us) all insisted that we didn't order it. She put it on the table and stated that we ordered and must pay for it. It's a great SCAM. We will not be going back ever. This is our 7th trip to this beautiful island. Sadly a server has to ruin a restaurants reputation.nEdit: She absolutely never ordered the coconut shrimp appetizer. Your server is lying! Four people were sitting at the table, and not one person heard an order placed.nYes, Scam. If this is done 5 times a day, six times per week.....it adds up.
