I don't like it when they make a mistake and give you a ticket for another table, almost always for a higher amount.nIf that happens, it could be an unintentional mistake, but they should be attentive to the customer. That's called good customer service.

The level of service is not up to par with the public. The young waiter serving the tables behind the escalator is disrespectful.

The cookies they serve with the coffee are bland, tasteless, and that's why they shouldn't serve them. There are waiters standing around the checkout area, not even looking around! We spent over 10 minutes waving our hands to pay, and we weren't the only ones! We love going, but there's no order.
