Ten months ago, we chose Dolce Amore to celebrate my son's birthday, and since it was such a pleasant evening with great food and atmosphere, I decided to celebrate mine yesterday. We booked two days in advance.nIt was a disappointment, and now Dolce Amore is presented as a failed restaurant. At lunchtime, the pleasant atmosphere of the dinner party turns into a market stall where people shout at the surrounding tables. You can't hear the conversation except through shouts.nThe well-designed interior atmosphere of the historic mansion has been shattered by an interior corner where there's a vulgar open space through which a bar speaker can be seen.nThe service, which was very attentive last year, was provided by an irresponsible, negligent, and cynical waiter. We sat at table 3.nBoth the gentleman who greeted us and worked at the bar and the waiter were told it was my birthday. For my son, they made the great gesture of decorating a tiramisu for the birthday boy! For me, a Brociola dish that the waiter first brought cold, and HALF AN HOUR LATER, he brought it undercooked!! The other Brociola arrived much later than cooked. We ordered these dishes when we placed the order along with the Carciofi appetizers. That means the kitchen had over an hour to get them ready!! Terrible organization. The waiter didn't even apologize. They didn't charge us for the Brociola. That would have been the last straw. The manager, instead of apologizing, came to our table to justify himself!!nTerrible service, bad food, the waiters and manager lack training in how to treat customers, and the prices are too high for what they offer. They ruined the good restaurant concept we had; now it's Dolce Orrore!!!nIn the photos, you can see my son with his Tiramizu last year, and then, the opening in the corner with the horn on the other side. And the pieces of meat in the Brociola were undercooked.
