Excellent place, cozy, beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, good service, it didn't take long to bring us the food, we ordered octopus carpaccio, it was high in lemon and the flavors competed, my funghi risotto was delicious and the pepperoni pizza, the apple cocktail was delicious and the lemonade with mint.

I want to leave my experience June 16 Father's Day we were a table of 8 adults and 5 children, I don't know if because this date was so busy made our experience not good, we went by recommendation and the truth is we left very disappointed, we placed the order of all the main dishes together that included pasta with seafood, the one with guayanes and sirloin and the children's one that was with bolognese it took more than 45 minutes to bring us the children's food the service was a disaster because they didn't bring us drinks we were all hungry we had to ask for bread because they didn't even bring that to the table to wait, when the food finally arrived the seafood pasta was a pasta with red sauce without salt and only with shrimp, like all the others I don't know if they make everything without salt we didn't find it delicious nor did we enjoy the experience because we waited too long, they apologized to us but it's sad that on such a special day we have such a bad experience.

On May 26, 2025, we accidentally stumbled upon VOLARE Trattoria and decided to give it a try. The atmosphere is beautiful, the details were very well handled, both inside and out, as was the terrace overlooking the street behind the shopping center, and the Italian music was well-chosen from the 1980s to the present.nWe were going to order the daily menu, as we always do to get a taste of a restaurant (simple dishes are a great way to determine the quality of the cuisine and the love put into it), but we decided to go for some appetizers and pasta dishes.nThe appetizers were two new items on the menu: Vuelve a la Vida and Garlic Shrimp.nFor main courses, we ordered Pasta alla Ruota (quite good, although I would have scraped the wheel a little more to allow the Parmesan cheese to blend better with the sauce) and Mortadella Tortellini (tasty, with a nice touch of having the Mortadella next to the tortellini, not inside). The pasta seemed homemade. I forgot to ask.nThe service was impeccable. They treated us as if they were the owners. The service time between courses was also very good.

Very good food, good options. Fantastic attention, excellent staff in general.nUpdating my opinion: the staff is still fantastic, the food is generally great, a restaurant to repeat without a doubt, it does not decline in quality or service, congratulations on the excellent staff you have.
