It's very common in such old restaurants for the quality to change, but it's impressive how this restaurant always manages to maintain such high standards. The pasta festival was IMPECCABLE! Two appetizer options, a wonderful polenta and a delicious pupunha cream, I couldn't decide which was better; you can tell the care that went into preparing the dishes in the flavor.nnThe main courses were also divine! I ordered the pasta with cod, my father ordered the gnocchi with filet, and I tried my cousin's shrimp carbonara. It was impressive how delicious and well-seasoned they all were, but I also couldn't decide on my favorite. All the dishes were well-served; some people couldn't finish them all and took some home (I ate a lot and still had some left over).nnThe dessert was also very delicate; I tried the walnut crepe and found it to be very interesting. The fondue was wonderful! The chocolate was slightly dark, which is a plus for me, as it's not that sweet and pairs very well with the fruit without being cloying.nnWonderful service, attentive waiters. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the guy who served us, but we went on Wednesday night (July 9th) and he was inside the dining room. He served a large family. He deserves much praise. He was super patient and attentive, considering the number of people and demands at the table. Anyone would be lost.nnCongratulations to the entire team, absolutely nothing to complain about.

Unfortunately, we couldn't even stay at the restaurant. We arrived with a stroller and were told there was only space on the upper floor, accessible only by stairs, with no elevator or ramp. The place isn't accessible to strollers, wheelchair users, or people with reduced mobility. We ended up leaving without dinner. This is something the restaurant urgently needs to rethink.

This was once one of my favorite restaurants, but unfortunately, it has strayed from the essence of Italian cuisine. The bruschetta served on sliced bread and the carbonara with heavy cream are completely at odds with traditional recipes. To top it off, a melon fondue felt out of place. The service remains impeccable, as always, but it would be great to see the chef revisit the fundamentals of true Italian cuisine.
