We waited over an hour and a half to receive our orders with the restaurant half full, and we arrived to find it nearly empty, and our appetizers hadn't even been delivered. We ordered rare meat, and it arrived very well done. Only those who ordered pizza were treated well. The worst part is that we didn't even get a response from management.

Pizza offered on the menu did not have the advertised ingredients, even after asking one of the waitresses, she said that they are warning that one of the ingredients is missing, but the waiter who served us said that there was nothing he could do because it was in the system and it was not possible to discount in relation to the difference in the product, burnt edges, (which can occur in wood-fired ovens), otherwise a beautiful and comfortable environment, pizza despite everything, score 9. There was a lack of empathy on the part of the service, but I believe that is not the service policy on the part of the owners.

Unfortunately, when we went to the pizzeria, the oven broke, and the restaurant doesn't have a backup plan. The waiter who served us was exceptional in his service and wine recommendations. It's a shame that the pizzeria's reputation is based on serving paper napkins at kiosks. I expected more. Disappointed.
