We went to this place for ice cream, and while the ice cream was delicious, the service left a lot to be desired. The person who served us was completely distracted, unfamiliar with the flavors, visibly disinterested, and had no good attitude at all. It's a shame that such a good product is overshadowed by such poor service. I hope they improve the customer service, because it doesn't make me want to come back.

Mamma mia.nI've been Italian for 30 years, and I know what Italian food tastes like.nThat day I went, the restaurant was packed, and the portions were enormous.nI ordered carpaccio, pasta with ragù, mushrooms, and cream, perfect, the portions were very large.nFor my main course, chicken cacciatora and baked potatoes. I left feeling full and satisfied like I rarely do here in Colombia.nIsa and her dad are sweethearts, and the cremino (ice cream) was delicious.nI highly recommend it. I want to go back because the food is truly delicious.

A place with a very pleasant atmosphere, but unfortunately with customer service that leaves much to be desired. I didn't get the name of the tall, bald waiter who served us, but his treatment was rude and unprofessional. He made inappropriate comments, such as scolding us for choosing a Hatsu based on flavor rather than color, brought out the wrong dishes on the first try, and wasn't able to offer a single recommendation from the menu or the restaurant's specialties.nnAs for the food, it was disappointing for the price. The protein portions were small, the pastas came without any cheese, and overall the dishes felt dry, undercooked, and flavorless. An experience that doesn't justify the cost or the reputation of the place. I wouldn't return or recommend it.
