Fantastic home made pasta. I had fettuccini with portabello mushrooms and it was amazing. For dessert we shared the crème brule which the best I have ever had. Definitely my best meal in Nicaragua and one of the best in my life

Spectacular! A hidden gem in Dolores, Carazo! You need to make the drive from wherever you are and try their crème brûlée Their pasta is homemade! Their chocolate ice cream was homemade - creamy & delicious! The service was outstanding! The owner, who was there cooking alongside his team, provided us with an amazing experience. The most wonderful time at Mambo Italian.

We visited this restaurant with no expectations other than those I had from reading the other reviews.nIt's definitely an excellent restaurant in this area of Carazo. I gave it five stars for the food, service, and atmosphere because, objectively, I have no complaints, but I can't say everything is perfect, so as not to create false expectations.
