When I went to Xela I was lucky enough to find this Italian restaurant at kilometer 196.5 heading west. The place is very cozy, but the food and the attention of the Italian Chef is spectacular. The food is simply delicious and I have not found another Italian restaurant (I know several) as good in Guatemala. I simply highly recommend it, and I hope to go to Xela again to try another unique dish in the best atmosphere!
