Despite some negative reviews, we went and truly loved it. The service and food are very good. The service can be a bit slow, I don't know what it's like during peak hours, but everything else was very good: carbonara with authentic guanciale, tasty pizza, and Italian Lavazza coffee.

Zone 4:nSuper friendly, excellent customer service. The food is good, and we didn't wait long. They gave us some complimentary eggplant. The atmosphere is cool. I've already been to the one in Zone 1, Alpina, and everything was also super good.

Terrible customer service, food at a high price for what they give, I think it's not worth it, the service was really bad, we waited more than an hour to eat. I think it's an offense to Italian food.

It hurts the position, overheated in the microwave and burned, music only a playlist that goes around and around, wine, there is a wine list and there are no wines available but the waiter 100 points
